Our team brings decades of hands-on experience in multifamily and commercial wood framing. From preconstruction planning through field execution, our crews and project managers deliver safe, reliable, and on-schedule performance on every jobsite. President / Principal

Mary Beth Carroll

Mary Beth handles the financial aspects of the company, overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and contract management. She plays a key role in ensuring financial stability, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements.

Co-Founder (Former)

John Hunter

John co-founded Multilevel Framing and played an important role in guiding the company’s early operations. With more than four decades of experience and a history of building successful companies, he brought seasoned leadership that helped establish the strong foundation the business was built on. We are grateful for his contributions during those formative years.

Simon Keyzlar

Simon started in the industry as a framer and has worked his way to where he is today. With several years of framing experience, Simon oversees projects from preconstruction to project execution. He is a problem solver with a passion for framing who understands all aspects of the industry.

Benjamin is our dedicated financial
analyst. He plays a critical role in analyzing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring accurate financial reporting throughout the construction process.

As a Project Manager, Carter Day is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This role involves managing resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

With decades of industry experience under his belt, Damian Travavez serves as our Project Manager, overseeing on-site construction, project scheduling, and execution. . His meticulous attention to detail and strategic leadership ensure that projects are not only completed on time but also meet the highest quality standards.

Evan Martin brings 10 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successful multifamily projects. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in overseeing complex projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
