All Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and Operations Team leaders maintain OSHA 30 certification, providing structured site oversight, strict safety compliance, and proactive risk mitigation across every project we execute.

President / Principal

Mary Beth Carroll

Mary Beth provides overall leadership and strategic direction for Multilevel Framing. She oversees financial planning, contract management, and risk management, ensuring the company operates with stability, discipline, and long-term strength. Mary plays a key role in vendor relationships, compliance, and major business decisions, guiding the company’s growth while maintaining operational and financial accountability.

John Hunter

John co-founded Multilevel Framing and played an important role in guiding the company’s early operations. With more than four decades of experience and a history of building successful companies, he brought seasoned leadership that helped establish the strong foundation the business was built on. We are grateful for his contributions during those formative years.

Vice President

Simon Keyzlar

As Vice President of Operations, Simon began his career as a framer and worked his way up through the field, gaining a hands-on understanding of every stage of construction. With several years of framing experience, he oversees projects from preconstruction through execution, ensuring quality, efficiency, and accountability on every job. Simon remains actively involved in day-to-day operations and brings practical, field-driven leadership to the entire team.

Benjamin Keyzlar

As Chief Financial Officer, Benjamin leads the company’s financial strategy and oversight. He manages project budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, and performance analysis to ensure every project remains profitable, compliant, and financially sound.

Carter Day

As Director of Operations, Carter Day oversees the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our construction projects. He leads field operations, manages resources, schedules, and budgets, and ensures each project is completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Carter remains actively involved in day-to-day project oversight while driving operational performance across the company.

With decades of industry experience, Damian Tavavez serves as Project Manager, overseeing on-site construction, scheduling, and field execution. His attention to detail and steady leadership ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Evan Martin brings 10 years of construction management experience with a strong track record in multifamily projects. He leads complex projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Financial Coordinator

Yajaira Landeros

As Finance Coordinator, Yajaira Landeros brings over six years of construction industry experience. She manages billing, bookkeeping, waivers, and administrative systems, ensuring financial processes remain organized, accurate, and aligned with company operations.

Reagan Johnson

Reagan Johnson serves as Compliance & Administrative Coordinator, managing subcontractor compliance documentation, internal payable organization, and marketing support. She ensures required forms, records, and internal processes are maintained accurately to keep operations organized and project-ready.

Lead Estimator

Leon Durand

Leon Durand serves as Lead Estimator and brings over 40 years of construction industry experience, including 35 years in commercial and residential wood framing. He provides detailed estimating, project analysis, and coordination, working closely with management, suppliers, and trade partners to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
